My son ordered this for a Halloween costume. He loved it!

The size of pendant is just right. Not too big and not too small.

The first order arrived and it was broken . One of the spires was broken. Returned it and the second one came with a different spire broken. I was so upset so my son superglued it so I didn’t have to return it again. I would suggest marking the package as fragile

Nice level of functionality. Limited customization options, but for the price, I would expect that.So far, the only real problem seems to be that its camera control acts like it's taking pictures, but doesn't actually take the picture. (Currently looking into solutions for that.)As a starter watch, totally worth what I paid. (It was on a lightning deal)

This was a gift for a coworker! We added her kids names and she absolutely loved it. Packaging was great as well and we could have gifted it as it arrived since it also included a gift bag. Thinking of getting another one for a relative for Christmas.

Beautifully made, nice thickness my daughter really likes her necklace. The value was there and the length of the chain was just right. Better than I thought by the look of the pictures on the internet. Very pretty & well made. Kathy

I was a little leery ordering this heart after reading reviews. I contacted MKYA and asked questions and they were quick to respond and answered all my concerns. I ordered it for my wife for Xmas and she loves it. I was really impressed with the quality of this piece and am now going to order one for our daughter. The heart is a nice size and the beads are small but are legible up close. I really don't understand all the bad comments, this is really a beautiful necklace, I would not hesitate to recommend this necklace and MKYA!

I almost didn't get them after one review said they were heavy. They appeared average weight to me and not heavy. Why it can be a problem for some is if you have a stretched pierce hole or your pierce hole is too low, it can make them sort of flop downward and lack support.There is a quick fix for both. I had some rubber ear backs from another set. I put them on and pushed the rubber ear back on the post close to my ear and then fastened the earring back. This lifted them enough to not look low on my ear and will also help if you have a stretched pierce hole. It adds extra support.If you decide to use the rubber backs, you can usually find them in your local arts and crafts store but be sure to use the ones without metal and plastic. Otherwise it won't fit on the earring post.

I love this necklace so much it’s really good quality and I haven’t had any issues with it so far! I did cut off the back extended chain because it was annoying me but I am obsessed!
