It is, just not guaranteed by Apple.Fact: Came with two wrist band lengths … Nice because the longer one fits me better.Fact: Appearance was flawless, no marks, scratches, of any kind … looked like new from factory that had never been opened.the battery was new with 100% life … great … keep display off til I want to check time, etc. always on display is not an advantage to me, Rather just runs the battery charge down more quickly.Only uses 50% charge in 24 hours. Can easily check sleep patterns over night.Further more: This clearly the best watch I have ever owned. Just lift to see time, date, and weather (important in the north woods). As we age, we need to walk and exercise … This is crucial … It tracks, and provides real data that is very useful. It doesn’t demand … it just reports. The unit looks good and the screen is easy to read. Battery life is surprisingly long. It’s at 62 percent after two days. Easy to setup with their app. Makes calls and gets messages. Worth it for the price as a low risk watch when you don’t want to spend the big bucks on Apple
