Came out better than expected. He loved it. The necklace I choose does come with four plates so watch the name placement. I went ahead and put four names so it came out perfect.

The name originally came out with a missing letter, but the company answered my message almost immediately and agreed to fix it for no charge. They held to their word, and I received this personalized gift quite quickly to give it to my daughter before she returned for college. Very courteous and attentive to messages.

My daughter lost her dad this year and she asked for a dainty necklace for Christmas with her dad’s birth and death dates and his favorite quote, “Live long and prosper.” The necklace is beautiful and the quality of the engraving is amazing. I know she is going to love it!

Rochas Jewelry has the right cut and shape for me. I wear the Sweet &Straight style. I love that I don’t have to try them on. They are the best jeans I’ve ever had and the only brand I wear. I want to first start out by saying I had to return this product- but read this full review to understand.I accidentally ordered 2 of the same product. Even after everything was engraved, the company still allowed me to return the product. I requested the cancellation 3 other times before it was engraved but I guess Rochas Jewelry never sent it to them.They again still allowed me to return the product though and I’m super thankful for it. Amazing customer service on their end.I still got to see the product before I shipped it back. It is very high quality and looks amazing. Although I didn’t keep it, I know it was perfect in every way and the company did an amazing job on it!

These earrings are so beautiful. Just as they are pictured. However, Rochas Jewelry does not do a good job in packaging them. The earrings come in a bubblewrap envelope. No box. No reinforcement. They are heavy ear wires that easily bend. Any pressure on the packaging could damage the earrings. I’m thankful mine made it in one piece. This is not the fault of the product. It is an Rochas Jewelry packaging issue that needs addressing
