The first order arrived and it was broken . One of the spires was broken. Returned it and the second one came with a different spire broken. I was so upset so my son superglued it so I didn’t have to return it again. I would suggest marking the package as fragile

I want to first start out by saying I had to return this product- but read this full review to understand.I accidentally ordered 2 of the same product. Even after everything was engraved, the company still allowed me to return the product. I requested the cancellation 3 other times before it was engraved but I guess Rochas Jewelry never sent it to them.They again still allowed me to return the product though and I’m super thankful for it. Amazing customer service on their end.I still got to see the product before I shipped it back. It is very high quality and looks amazing. Although I didn’t keep it, I know it was perfect in every way and the company did an amazing job on it!

These are to most versatile earrings... I wear everyday. I can wear them with shorts on the beach or dress them up with my most formal attire. These have tiny little screwbacks that are a little fussy to out on the first time, but the comfort is worth it. Sparkly. As a full-geown woman, I usually wear the larger pair - saving the tiny set in case i lose ine of the backers. I tend to wear them for a couple weeks at a time, with no irritation. Nice for travel.

How can these be sterling silver when there was a rose gold option for the earrings and they are rose gold colored? One of the earrings arrived with the post completely crooked, almost down flat, so I had to straighten it out in all directions, and the back of the earrings are minuscule you can’t even hold onto them and they are completely worthless. The earrings are pretty.
