I had ordered a name necklace in May of 2019. The necklace was beautiful but because of my hyphenated name, the necklace ended up bending and breaking right in the middle (being a soft sterling silver). I reached out to the vendor to let them know what had happened and that I was bummed because I really loved the necklace. I was hoping they could repair it for me or maybe replace (it was a long shot being over a year). They were more than willing to replace it and even listened to my idea as to how to make the necklace so that it would be stronger and less risk of bending and breaking. I received the replacement necklace and it was even more beautiful than the first one and it was exactly as I had asked/suggested. Communication was awesome and they were very willing to make it right!!! I HIGHLY recommend purchasing from this Rochas Jewelry vendor!! You will not be disappointed. Plugs arrived quickly and are exactly as described/ pictured in the listing, and maybe even better. The translucent white pair look awesome. Pictures don’t capture it very well. And the black ones have a subtle shimmer effect. Easy to put in, take out. Overall, I’m very pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price.
