I had ordered a name necklace in May of 2019. The necklace was beautiful but because of my hyphenated name, the necklace ended up bending and breaking right in the middle (being a soft sterling silver). I reached out to the vendor to let them know what had happened and that I was bummed because I really loved the necklace. I was hoping they could repair it for me or maybe replace (it was a long shot being over a year). They were more than willing to replace it and even listened to my idea as to how to make the necklace so that it would be stronger and less risk of bending and breaking. I received the replacement necklace and it was even more beautiful than the first one and it was exactly as I had asked/suggested. Communication was awesome and they were very willing to make it right!!! I HIGHLY recommend purchasing from this Rochas Jewelry vendor!! You will not be disappointed. That is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

This necklace is very pretty, the charm is a bit larger than what i was expecting, but does not seem cheap. The suspended flower design is of high quality and does not apppear cheap or sloppily made.

This necklace is positively gorgeous. The pressed flowers are so dainty and perfectly pressed. I love wearing this necklace and how it elegantly levels up my look. It looks so beautiful and I love knowing it was hand made. The edges of the pendant are my favorite as they just give it so much style. Very comfortable to wear and lightweight. I am in love with it. Nice design. The only problem I have had is getting the small ball lined up then screwed on. The threads on the earring are longer so make sure you screw the ball on all the way. These are not "throw on" earrings as it does take concentration and patience to put them on. Maybe if the ball were bigger these old lady hands could master the process. Idea - if the ball was closer to the size of the faux diamond they would be reversible. And you could put them on much easier.

Although it looks great and shines beautifully the metal is so light and fragile I thought I was going to break it trying to pry it out of that caccoon of plastic it's so tightly wrapped up in. Make it heavier and u got a 5 star product here

Wear it nonstop. Very pretty. Perfect size. No tarnishing as been wearing it in the lake all summer.
