I got this as a surprise gift for my 8 year old granddaughter. She was over the moon for it.She didn't know garnet was her birth stone. She was so happy with the setting of the heart and the way it was wrapped around with small gems holding the heart in place. But, what made her even more happy was when one of her friends asked her where she got it, she called me a second time to ask where I got it, a few of them wanted to get one similar to hers. These earrings are very light weight on the ears and are fun to wear. Nice size too. Bought them to wear with a black Halloween costume but upon arrival I know I will wear them year round.

I love the variety for the price point and they are simple and effective! Colour variations help to outfit match and the glow in the dark one is nifty. Haven’t torn any of them. I do echo sentiments about them not being as thick as others but you get what you pay for.
