I had ordered a name necklace in May of 2019. The necklace was beautiful but because of my hyphenated name, the necklace ended up bending and breaking right in the middle (being a soft sterling silver). I reached out to the vendor to let them know what had happened and that I was bummed because I really loved the necklace. I was hoping they could repair it for me or maybe replace (it was a long shot being over a year). They were more than willing to replace it and even listened to my idea as to how to make the necklace so that it would be stronger and less risk of bending and breaking. I received the replacement necklace and it was even more beautiful than the first one and it was exactly as I had asked/suggested. Communication was awesome and they were very willing to make it right!!! I HIGHLY recommend purchasing from this Rochas Jewelry vendor!! You will not be disappointed. This was a surprise gift for my wife’s birthday. It is her birthstone and she was very happy with them. The only small issue is that they have a thicker “post” than she was used to so it took a while for her to get used to them. But now she wears them every chance she gets.

I bought these for my daughter-in-laws birthday. She loved them! One of her favorite things about the earrings is the way they close at the back. She said that with the clasp used, they won’t come out of her ear lobe until she takes them out. They really are beautiful earrings.

I don't typically wear this kind of earring but got them for New Year's Eve and they didn't disappoint! They are more yellow tinge gold than I would expect for most jewelry, but again for the festive occasion it was fine. They look great, easy to put on, and overall great value!

I have had this chain now for 11 days straight. I NEVER take it off I wear it 24/7. I sweat and work with it, I shower twice a day and it is still shinny, no signs of color changing. I read someone's review, and he stated that it turned colors, and one other guy said the same. Well mine is holding well 11 days owned now. I will check back after a month and tell you what, where, and how this item is doing for me....It feels great to wear, it is heavy and I feel like I have a few thousand dollars of a chain that I wear. I have gotten 5 compliments since I have been wearing it. All A++ so far........ Well more time has elapsed and it is now day18 and the clasp broke. I was walking in the kitchen and it just fell through my shirt down my pants to the floor. I looked at the clasp and it is not shutting all the way so my chain come apart. I still love this chain. I contacted the seller and I am returning this one for a new one that will be here in 2 days. They were understanding! I am sure it will be fine and I can start to enjoy this chain again..
