Gladiolus represents strength, integrity, and sincerity.I think that the pendant is somewhat larger than it appears in photos. It is approximately 1-1/4" in diameter.I love the pendant, and I love the concept. I also love the fact that these are handmade. I did detract one star because the blossom itself is quite a bit less vibrant in color than depicted on the description page. I feel that it's more in line with what one would expect a fading blossom to look like.All-in-all I think that this is a sweet gift for any woman or girl.

She was so happy with the setting of the heart and the way it was wrapped around with small gems holding the heart in place.
