I saw the company had numerous Better Business Bureau complaints (predominantly with shipping, some with quality) but I thought I'd take the chance, and had no issues. The product arrived within the delivery date range and was exactly as ordered. My wife loves it; therefore I love it.

I was a little leery ordering this heart after reading reviews. I contacted MKYA and asked questions and they were quick to respond and answered all my concerns. I ordered it for my wife for Xmas and she loves it. I was really impressed with the quality of this piece and am now going to order one for our daughter. The heart is a nice size and the beads are small but are legible up close. I really don't understand all the bad comments, this is really a beautiful necklace, I would not hesitate to recommend this necklace and MKYA!

For a long time, they were fine and I had no issues other than one pair not being able to connect at the back so I put them in the trash.After a while of wearing every day they did start turning my ears green and making my fully healed piercings irritated.I especially loved the pearl and the chain pairs.
