The name originally came out with a missing letter, but the company answered my message almost immediately and agreed to fix it for no charge. They held to their word, and I received this personalized gift quite quickly to give it to my daughter before she returned for college. Very courteous and attentive to messages.

What I was looking for.

The name and birthstone are beautiful alittle disappointed as the photo shows a box link chain and I thought that was what I was ordering. It came with a loose link chain which I am concerned my 8 yr old will break shortly. I should have read the description as it says cable link. It’s just her old one had box link so didn’t think I had to read as the picture showed box. My mistake

Ordered a few years ago and accidentally left them in a purse I sold. The lady messaged me and told me I had left a very expensive pair of earrings in it. I liked the product. It came with good packing and a box to keep it safe. I ordered the 4mm sized one and it matches with what I want.The only thing that disappointed me was the post length. It should have been more smaller.Overall I liked the product and would recommend it to others.

You really can’t go wrong for the price. I was hesitant at first because my ears are super sensitive and get easily irritated even with plated earrings. But I’ve had these rings in for 2 weeks now (four on my lobes and one on my cartilage) and no irritation what so ever!!!I’ve gone to the beach and pool with them, you’d think they were solid gold the way my ears don’t react lol. There is an engraving on them but I just make sure those are facing in and you can’t tell. I love them! Will be buying more when/if these ever go bad.
